Our Team

  • Joseph DeLuca is an award-winning hotelier with 27+ years of hospitality-focused development experience. While his work spans the broader hospitality asset class—including casino ownership—his core expertise is hotel development and execution. He has cultivated long-term relationships with Marriott and Hilton and brings a brand-aligned, operations-informed approach to delivering hospitality projects.

  • Nick Strippoli has a foundation in accounting and finance, he led national and international initiatives as a project manager and team lead, overseeing 150+ direct reports.

    He specializes in acquiring, developing, and repositioning hospitality assets across Florida’s Gulf Coast alongside select multifamily, self-storage, and marina opportunities. He is grounded in rigorous underwriting and long-term value creation. Nick leads acquisitions, investor alignment, and development strategy, structuring capital partnerships and driving projects from sourcing through execution to deliver sustainable, risk-adjusted returns.
